TERMS & CONDITIONS
- We reserve the right to make like substitutions on smallwares items.
- All items carry manufacturers standard warranties unless otherwise noted.
- Many items in stock for 1 week delivery.
- Minimum order $50.00 - applicable sales tax must be added to all prices.
- Consult Kittredge Equipment Company salesperson for delivery costs.
- Prices and specifications are subject to change. Not responsible for typographical errors.
- Non-stock, special order items must be ordered in standard carton lots.
- Unauthorized returns will not be accepted. Restocking charges, if imposed by the factory will be charged, plus freight in and out. Deposit will be used to offset restocking charges and freight costs.
- Please inspect shipments immediately and advise any discrepancies. Note any shortage or damage on freight bill.
- Clearance-items subject to first come first serve.
- All sales are based on C.O.D., MasterCard, Visa or American Express or previously approved credit terms. Deposit may be required.
