Sulmona

Cambridge, MA

A beautiful Italian restaurant featuring antipasti, pizza, street food, pasta, secondi and salumi in Kendall Square in Cambridge, MA. The name pays homage to the city of Sulmona, in the Abruzzi region of Italy, where owner Delio Susi's mother grew up. The decor also reflects this influence with an enlarged sign from Sulmona’s piazza painted on one wall and 6 replicas of aqueducts from the city that hang behind the bar.

The restaurant seats 125 and features a 12-seat communal table that stretches along the window opposite the main entrance. Modeled after a mid-20th-century pizza oven, a high-powered pizza oven, is on display in the corner by the kitchen and a 10-seat chef’s table. A long banquette paired with low-top tables provides a border between the dining area and the hightop tables at the bar. Their beverage program will feature 63 bottles of mostly Italian wine as well as local beers and scratch cocktails.

Savoy Pizzeria & Craft Bar

West Hartford, CT

Savoy Pizzeria and Craft Bar in located in West Hartford Center a traditional main street shopping district. Savoy is the first Pizzeria concept for the Max Restaurant Group. They currently have 11 restaurants all of which are located in the Greater Hartford area with the exception of The Cooper, in Palm Beach Gardens FL. The group has multiple concepts and a loyal following due to offering the best dining experience possible for its guests.

Savoy is a full service restaurant specializing in Neapolitan style pizza and craft cocktails. The vibe of the restaurant is very hip, with high ceilings and exposed brick walls. The bar runs the length of the restaurant with the pizza ovens anchoring the space. Since opening, Savoy has received rave reviews and a lot of recognition from local foodies.

La Vista @ Riverwalk Resort

Loon Mountain, Lincoln, NH

Located in the brand new Riverwalk Resort at Loon Mountain in Lincoln, NH, this Italian Restaurant can seat up to 120 guests with more seating available on the covered deck overlooking the resort's pools. The main dining room features a beautiful pergola with bench seating and a special large seating area to accommodate larger parties. The main bar, made of wood and marble, can seat 18. The nearby pizza bar where you can watch the fresh pizza's being made adds another 8 seats. The restaurant has an Italian inspired menu featuring a variety of unique wood fired pizzas. Breakfast is served daily with Italian and American cuisine while the night menu focuses more on Italian dishes.

Arooga's Grille House and Sports Bar

Warwick, RI

This 7,000-plus-square-foot restaurant features more than 100 TV's showing nearly every sports package available. The sports bar features outdoor dining, a large choice of cooked-to-order items, handcrafted cocktails and 40 beers on draft, including national and local craft brews. They offer guests healthy-dining alternatives by sourcing clean ingredients that are free of antibiotics and hormones, and in many cases certified organic.

Arooga's is the second franchise restaurant brought to Warwick by Mohegan Holding, LLC, a company owned and operated by the Mohegan Tribe that operates Mohegan Sun Casino in Connecticut. This location is the second in New England, with the third set to open in Attleboro later. A total of 15 are planned.

Ruth Mulan Chu Chao Center @ Harvard Business School

Boston, MA

Standing where Kresge Hall once stood, this new 90,000 sq. ft. Student Center serves a social hub for faculty and students. The center houses the Business School's executive education program, meeting places, classrooms, administrative offices and 2 dining rooms with a large servery, kitchen and bakery.  It also connects to the campus tunnel system with dock service for the entire EE (executive eductaion) precinct.

Stratton Mountain Resort

South Londonderry, Vermont

The Base Lodge expansion during the summer of 2015 includes a larger kitchen designed to serve the expanded Grizzly’s restaurant, a main floor with a new serving area, coffee shop, flooring and details that include wainscoting and Douglas fir columns throughout.

Guests can expect exceptional dining experiences with high quality meal options in the Base Lodge, across the mountain and throughout the resort as well as in catering for special events due to the state-of-the-art kitchens, modern food storage systems and advanced prep technology added during the expansion.

McGauvran Student Center @ UMass Lowell

Lowell, Massachusetts

This completely transformed facility featuring 52,000 square feet of dining options, retail dining, a faculty lounge and a wide variety of learning and lounging spaces for students, faculty and staff, making it the hub of student life on South Campus.

A few of the dining options include entrees at Full Plate, pizza and pasta at Aroma, sandwiches from Broadway Deli, a salad bar at Wilder Farms, gluten-free options at Choices and late-night takeout from Grill Out. The second level features retail food options at Subway and Freshii along with a bakery, a café and grab-and-go options available at the Merrimack Market.

The Foundry

Manchester, New Hampshire

Located on the riverfront in Manchester's Millyard, the Foundry was built around it's historic past. Completely gutting the previous sports bar that occupied the space, the restaurant now pays homage to the mils with huge wood beams that cross the dining room ceiling and a giant spoked wooden wheel near the entrance. There is a private dining table in the Foundry's impressive wine room, a beautiful new bar that features local brews on tap, and a large patio outside with gas fire pits and plenty of comfortable seating.

Student Prince Cafe and The Fort Dining Room

Springfield, Massachusetts

This 79-year-old restaurant features German style food in a casual setting. Set to close in the summer of 2014, the building was bought by a partnership of several local business men and local restaurant owners. A six-month renovation project was squeezed into just six weeks. The work included opening up the bar area and a new kitchen. The bar features a 16-tap beer system with its own Student Prince Pilsner brewed by Amherst Brewing.

Northampton Brewery

When the Northampton Brewery opened in 1987, it was conceived as a community center for great food and drink. We designed the new look of the place and provided the new furniture, decor and new equipment. Stop by to check out their outdoor seating, free pool table, and big screen tv. Analog Devices

Norwood, Massachusetts

Corporate Cafeteria. Our client asked us to help redesign an outdated cafeteria that would match their current high tech image. We worked closely with their architect and foodservice contractor to design a cafeteria that would improve the flow and subsequently increase the participation rates from the employees. The result was a multistation serving layout with a full service kitchen that will provide a daily variety of meal choices that include pizza, burgers, stir fry, deli, and salad bar. An additional area was designed for after meal hour breaks that serves a variety of coffees, espresso, and deserts.

Hampden County Women's Correctional Facility

Chicopee, Massachusetts

Jail Food Production Facility. Our design build team consisting of our skilled veteran designers, a highly regarded local contractor, and well known architect were able to work in tandem with the Foodservice Staff of the Correctional facility to fully design and build a spacious and functional food production facility that operates 365 days a year serving up to 300 people per meal. The design build process allows the team to utilize equipment that has a proven track record for this type of application. Having successfully completed many correctional facilities throughout New England over the last 20 years, our team's knowledge and experience with correctional foodservice is second to none.
